How I Keep My Breath Fresh Always




Maintaining fresh breath can be challenging at times, but there are simple ways to achieve it without too much hassle. Growing up, I faced issues with my breath, initially thinking it was a severe health condition. However, I later discovered it was primarily due to irregular teeth brushing and poor dietary habits. Through research and asking questions, I found straightforward methods to keep my mouth fresh without much effort.


I learned that consuming specific fruits can significantly improve breath freshness and overall odor. Examples of such fruits include pineapple, guava, oranges, and coconut. These fruits have transformed my breath for the better, and here's how I achieve and maintain it:


1. I ensure I brush my teeth at least twice a day.


2. I incorporate pineapple into my daily routine, eating it at least once in the morning or even twice a day. Additionally, I soak pineapple peels in water overnight, allowing the beneficial nutrients to infuse into the water. I don't consume this water on an empty stomach, and it has proven to be highly effective.


3. After consuming heavy or aromatic foods, I often enjoy oranges or squeeze lemon into water and drink it in the morning.


By following these simple practices, I now have one of the freshest and most pleasant breaths imaginable."
