How to last longer in bed
No man wants to be called a one-minute man. I am a man so I know how sensitive this topic is as far men sexual health is concerned.
Health or fitness or wellness plays a majority role in the sexual life. The mind is also important as well. Yeah, the mind is very important when it comes to sex; the better you can control it, the longer you are going to last in bed.
Here are a few things to do to help you maintain errection so you can last very long during sex:
1. Exercise.
Exercises that works on the pelvic floor muscles, chest muscles and your core muscles are extremely good for your sexual health because they can help you delay ejaculation without any form of stress.
2. Eat bananas.
Bananas are natural libido boosters because they contain bromelain. This same bromelain also increases sperm production. Including them in your daily diet is not a bad idea at all. There are variety of bananas you can choose from but the local ones do contain more of the nutrients or higher percent of the nutrients you need.
3. Drink ginger tea prepared together with cloves.
Ginger tea that contains cloves, when drunk opens the blood vessels causing blood to circulate really well around the various parts of the body. The better the blood circulation the more you are going to have erection, and that means lasting very long in bed.
4. Frequent sex.
Most sex experts do not talk about this but it is very important to know. The more you have sex, the more you master the art. Experience they say is the best teacher. 8. Quit smoking.
Smoking is not good for your sexual health and your general health as a whole. The more you smoke, the least healthier you become. Smoking destroys your lungs. The lungs are very essential to the oxygen intake by the breathing mechanisms of humans. If the lungs do not work properly, then the less the oxygen in your blood is going to be. 9. Cut the intake of alcohol.
Alcohol destroys almost every organ in the body. It negatively affect the function of tissues, cells, and muscles. Too much alcohol intake is not good for the liver especially. It also causes high blood pressure, stroke, heart diseases and totally weakens the immune system. All of these can adversely affect your sexual health.
10. Practice yoga.
Yoga is a nice way to learn to control your mind in relation to the movement of the parts of your body. This will fortify your mind and show it how to relate to other parts of your body. This is very important as far as sex is concerned because your mind should be able to tell your sex organ what to do and what not to do.
11. Meditation.
This is also helps you learn how to control your mind. To last longer in bed, sometimes depends on how you control your mind; the coordination between the mind and the sex organ. This can give you an upper hand.
12. The squeeze method.
This is done by holding the male sex organ and squeezing it very tight once you feel you are about to ejaculate. This weakens the erection and somehow stops the ejaculation.
